Hey Im selling by far my favorite guitar I've ever owned, its a 1997 Fender Jaguar crafted in japan. As most Jaguar enthusiasts will tell you early and mid 90's Jaguars are considered as incredible example of craftsmanship and quality by Fender. Many go as to far as to place them ahead of their american counterparts in terms of quality. The serial number place this one at 1997-1998, the guitar is in good condition. There are some dings on the underside of the guitar and one on the neck by the 6th fret captured both in the pictures, the latter of which doesn't affect playability at all and isnt noticeable when playing. Aside from that, the guitar has your standard amount of wear for a 15 year old guitar. It plays great and is one of the most comfortable guitars I've owned. 100% stock, and recently set up at George's Music in Berwyn PA. All switches and knobs work perfectly as well as the tremolo system. These are getting much rarer each year, and are starting to outprice their american counterparts. Also as a bonus included in the auction is a brand NEW G&G Fender Case. The same case they use for the 1700+ Jaguar Reissues. 2 case keys included. Case looks cooler than anyone else you knows case. I Bought it from musicians friend less than a month ago and has seen absolutely no wear. Also included is the original whammy bar! Something I never cared about, but they are seriously so much fun with the Jaguar's tremolo system. Comes with a black Dimarzio clip-lock strap, and the original strap holders. Don't sleep!
