Up for auction is a Gibson Custom shop Robby Krieger SG VOS. Serial is number RK 084. I purchased this guitar new last year from Sam Ash. I have used this guitar as my main guitar since new and it does show some signs of usage. It is a bit hard to distinguish what I added to the SG and what was there when this guitar came from Gibson, so I have photographed all marks. This guitar is fantastic, it is set up and plays brilliantly. There is some belt marks on body and a couple of small nicks o n the neck. These have no effect on playing. The neck is straight and fast and has been well set up.The SG comes with the single pole, tone adjustment, which adds a nice variation to the overall sound. I had played a few Robby Krieger's including the non Custom shop versions and this was the best by far. The hard shell case is included as is the Custom shop certificate of authenticity. I'm selling the guitar because I need to thin the amount of instruments I own.
