really cool player guitar1965 Gibson SG Specialthis guitar is far from original and is a great player guitarrepaired where the neck joins the body, entire guitar has been refinishedserial # is 28470I am fairly certain when it was refinished that a digit was lost so I think its a 6 digit serial # starting with 28470?pots have a date code for 1965entire wiring harness is originalpickguard is orig inalback plate is originalgibson logo is originaltuners replacedbadass bridge which is bent but works fineused to have a SG maestro tremelo and holes have been filled before the refinfrets appear to be orig but I could be wrongfrets are freshly leveled and polished and neck is straight and plays perfectlysetup with 10'spickups are not original , not sure what brand as there is no marks but sound great but not origreally nice original casetuners changedtruss rod cover looks correctknobs are incorrectbottom strap button is correctthe strap button on the back is wrong and also in the wrong placepicture are from before I did any work to itfrets will be perfectly leveled crowned and polished to perfection.
