Guitar was re-listed because of a non paying ebayer.Selling a 1993 Gibson Nighthawk Special 6 String Electric Guitar. ALMOST 20 YEARS OLD! This guitar has been played over the years and I am the third owner. 1993 is the first year of production for this model. They were made from 1993-1998. The "Nighthawk Special" is a single-cut solidbody, figured maple top, double-coil and mini-pickup, with dot marker inlay. Guitar has aged over the years and has a nice yellowish tint on the binding. Neck is straight and frets have very little wear with plenty of life left. I have uploaded several detailed photos of all scratches and wear on guitar. There have been no cracks or breaks. Everything is 100% original and all the electronics are working. Bass side E tuner wiggles a little more than others from possibly being bumped. These type of Gibson tuners tend to do this and most people upgrade to Grovers eventually. There are 2 slight chips in fretboard, shown in photos, they do not affect playability at all. Has just been set up and the measurements at 12th fret are 2/32 on treble side and 3/32 on bass side. This guitar has a really neat tone from the 5-way selector switch, you can get alot of different sounds. Guitar has several nicks and dings and shown in pictures but none of them aff ect the playability. It weighs a total of: 7lbs and 7oz.
