This is a LIKE NEW, Gibson Custom Shop USA made ES-339 in Cherry (Heritage Red) finish.This one has been barely been played - only 5 hours at most! It could pass for a new guitar in a guitar store - Perfect Condition! The only sign of use is a few swirls on the pickguard and even smaller ones on the back, but those cannot be seen unless you know where to look. Bought in 2011 and kept in its case the entire time. It is super resonant and lightweight - much lighter than an ES-335 or Les Paul. The wood grain and finish is the best that I have seen from Gibson Custom Shop, and I have owned more than 10 from them over the years. This one comes with the fatter neck option - the '59 Profile, which is a medium thickness, and in my opinion has better tone than the thin necks. Sounds like an ES-335 but with more of the warmth and fatness of a Les Paul.Includes: - Gibson Hardshell Case - All the case candy - Certificate of Authenticity in a Leather Booklet Selling because I'm mainly a Telecaster player, so I'm not playing this enough to justify keeping it. If I were a Gibson player I would, since this is perhaps the best example I've seen from them in both tone and construction-wise. The store owner that I bought this from said that this one has the nicest finish from Gibson he's ever seen - the color is just right and really showcases the wood grain! ... Click for more info
