It's a 2003 American Standard Telecaster with all its original bits. Except, I'm pretty certain it has a ghost in it. The ghost is probably British.I bought it off Ebay about 3 weeks ago and left it at work until last weekend when I took it home. Things started getting weird in the office straight after I bought it, but I assumed that it was just the cleaner messing with me because I mistook her for a dude and kept accidentally calling her "bro". But that's just because she has giant football players' hands and one of those pointy soccer players' haircuts. An easy mistake, believe me.Anyway, here are some of the creepy things that have happened:1. 5 new Iron Maiden albums popped up in my itunes. Only old ones though.2. The November Justin Timberlake in my Justin Timberlake calendar went from being slightly-pouty to slightly-frowny.3. I had a dream that I was playing Jenga with John McEnroe, and when I beat him he was real cool about it.5. I realized that I have no idea whether sea crabs breathe air or water. Are they ambiresperatory? Is that a even word?6. When I took it home it started playing itself in the middle of the night. Ironically, it's not even a very good guitarist. I think that because it was playing with itself it might be a teenage ghost. It was trying to play a Garth Brooks song, which is also kind of weird because my uncle went to a Garth Brooks concert once and I don't know how the ghost could have known that. W hen I went into the longue to try and stop it it started playing that really ominous music they have in Western films before a shootout, and so I ran back to the bedroom, built a fort out of sheets and hummed the Ghost Busters tune over and over until I fell asleep. In the morning there was toast in the toaster, and there were teabags spread across the bench, which is why i think it's probably British. They love tea.I thought for a while that the ghost might be the spirit of my taxidermy puffer fish, Larry. I've included a photo of Larry smoking a dollar bill. He's smoking because he's a puffer fish. But then I realized that because Larry is a fish his spirit would have probably gone into water. Also, Larry is not a very ghostly name.To see if the guitar has a soul, I put it in a shopping trolley and pushed it towards some automatic doors. They didn't open. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though, because I don't know if ghosts have souls, and guit ars don't seem to have souls either. I tried to keep it in the cleaning cupboard coz I thought that ghosts are probably scared of vacuum cleaners, but it didn't leave.The guitar would probably be good for you if you have you already have ghosts ...
