2003 Fender Standard Telecaster - 3-Tone Brown Sumburst + New Fender Gig BagUp for auction is a  gently used 3-tone  sunburst 2003 Fender Standard Telecaster. I'm the original owner of this guitar. I purchased it new in early 2004. Its in nice used condition and shows only light playing wear. It comes with a new Fender standard gig bag as well as all of the "case candy" that originally came with the guitar. It sounds great and feels wonderful to play. It looks nice as well and has an appealing grain on  both the front & back. The neck also has a nice grain as well. I personally like this mexican telecaster better than many USA made teles I've played. The neck is fantastic. The stock fender pickups are a good match for most any type of music. The volume and tone knobs both function smoothly and the tone knob covers quite a bit of ground. It can get quite dark but can also do wide open tele twang! There is one ding on the back of the guitar above the output jack about the size of a dime that has been repaired and is hardly noticeable unless you're looking for it. My camera was unable to capture it. The sunburst finish is nice and glossy & looks great.The guitar curently has a set of Ernie Ball regular slinky strings (10's) on it. The action is set at approx. 5/32 on the high & low E. This g uitar will come to you ready to play. Just tune it up and go!Please s ee the photos below for a closer look at the actual item you're bidding on. My camera had a hard time with the sunburst on this guitar. It appears slightly redder than it actually is. The true color is slightly darker.
