Up for auction is a beautiful Gibson Les Paul Special with all original silver hardware in faded, satin-glass black mahogany. The black Les Paul Special is a bit common than the cherry colored, which I don't understand because it's so much more beautiful.The serial number is 033550698 and according to that, the guitar was made on Dec 1st, 2005 at the Nashville Plant. The guitar has a 60s neck, two Hum buckers, a three-position pickup switch and Gibson Deluxe tuners. It has recently received a professional setup and plays like butter. The neck is straight as an arrow. One of the pictures tries to show that but I think it didn't turn out well. Just trust me that this will be your future favorite guitar!It will be shipped in a "like new" Gibson USA guitar case. I've treated this guitar like my first-born son and I don't want any damage to happen to it during shipping!Note, that this is the "faded" black finish. It has received a special treatment at the plant to produce a vintage "played" 60s look. In a few spots, the black paint has faded to give credit to the mahogany underneath. Gibson has designed the Special to bring a Les Paul to the market that people want to take out and play every day.
