1994 Fender Jazzmaster MIJ CIJ Japan olympic white w/upgrades

You are looking at a gently used 1994 Fender Jazzmaster, made in Japan. Â Olympic white with aftermarket mint green pickguard. Â All the usual mods that have to be performed to the MIJ/CIJ Jazzmasters have been done. Â The stock JM/Jaguar bridge has been replaced with a Mustang bridge (no rattling!); the stock pickups (which were wound more like Stratocaster pickups) have been re placed with Pickup Wizard 1958 wound pickups. Â It's set up with green Slinkie 10's and is ready to go for years of playing, and at 18 years old, is in fantastic shape. Â Other than small incidental scratches there are two larger dings: the small divet on the front of the guitar that goes through the finish (has been repaired the best I can) but your arm normally covers this spot so it's not that visible; and there are some small fleabite dings on the headstock. Â I've seen worse on guitars sold as new at Guitar Center. Â The guitar comes with tremolo arm and will ship in a Gator hard case. Fender Stratocaster Strat Plus Guitar: 1st Yr "E4" S/N Ex Cond. USA- Original!!!

You are looking at a first year Fender Strat Plus in great condition. It is a first year production model with the coveted "E4" Serial Number. It sounds and plays amazing. It is 100% original as seen in the pictures. It has been played and has minor signs of wear. I've taken pictures of these areas. The body has the normal wear, that you'd expect from a 25 year old guitar. The pic by the input jack - this is the only area on the body where any wear is through the paint. This could very easily be touched up, but I didn't want to do anything that would alter the original-ness of this guitar. The neck has a few minor spots on the back - barely noticeable. I took a pick of the worst one, near fret 4. There is a little bit of fret wear, mostly at 1-5. This in no way affects the playability nor is it an issue in any way. The areas I've noted are minimal and barely visible beyond a couple of inches away. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I've tried to be completely upfront about the condition. I have a 100% positive rating and have sold many high end guitars on eBay. The guitar plays like a dream and sounds amazing - it's a Strat Plus!!!!!!! I have several guitars and play this one the least, so, time to let it go. From what I can tell from the neck and pocket indications, this one was made in early Spring of 1998. It has the rare Wilkinson Split Nut. The original Gold Lace Sensors (square bottoms and lettering on the top of the PU) sound great. All of the electronics are original. You can also compare the pics of this guitar to the info provided by Xhefri to verify that everything checks out. Original Hardshell Case is included. The case has been beaten bloody!!!! It has several cracks, dings, dents, and all of that. One latch has been replaced and the insides should probably be reglued in spots to the molded plastic.
