Item Details For sale is this vintage 1965 Epiphone Granada E444T thinline hollowbody electric guitar. Manufactured by Gibson, this particular example, serial number 288233, is in very excellent 100% all original condition and includes a non-original hard case. Identical to the Gibson ES-120T, the negligible discrepancies are all but cosmetic. In fact, aside from the inherent headstock profile differences, the only other noticeable dissimilarity is the color of the pickguard, of which the Epi has the more attractive cream color plastic guard. Otherwise, the two models are identical. Originally marketed as a bargain or budget model, the entry level thinline hollowbody is now one of the absolute best vintage buys. Do not hesitate, this great guitar is being sold with No Reserve, Free USA shipping, and discounted Worldwide delivery, which means the highest bidder will win... regardless of price! This '65 Epiphone Granada E444T features; a double-bound laminated maple thinline hollowbody const ruction, the original cherry sunburst top finish, walnut stained maple back and sides,  a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with perarloid dot inlays, (1) single-coil pickup, rosewood adjustable bridge, nickel trapeze tailpiece, double-line Kluson Deluxe tuning machines, black reflector knobs, and a non-original hard shell case.Very much like a less-involved lightly-outfitted Gibson ES-125T, with a small single coil instead of a P-90 pickup, this guitar represents serious bang for your buck. Unlike a deep ES-125, the Granada's 1.75" body depth reduces feedback, minimizes weight, and makes for a less cumbersome playing experience in general. The neck profile is extremely comfortable, and retains the tradtional pre-'65 1 11/16" nut width with factory large frets. The original cherry sunburst has faded to a tremendously beautiful honeyburst. The appearance is understated yet very attractive. Whether the goal is to procure a vibey vintage guitar for t he studio, purchase an introductory vintage investment, or get a cool couch strummer, this will certainly fit the bill.
