You are bidding on a 2002 Gibson ES-135 Tobacco Sunburst with Humbucking pick ups. This is a favorite guitar that I hate to sell but choices have to be made and I am playing other guitars much more often these days. It has never been gigged and has lived in my smoke free home since I purchased it new in 2002. It is an excellent playing guitar I bought when I couldn't afford an ES335. The neck is a slim tapered style and very comfortable. this was my couch guitar for a number of years and I probably played it more unplugged than plugged it sounds great acoutically and really great plugged in. It is cosmetically pristine with only slight buckle rash on the back and similarly light pick marks and playing wear on the front. The frets are in top notch shape and the neck is straight and true. Controls and electronics are good. Includes a locking hardshell case (lock has never been programmed!) which is also in near mint condition as well as key and product literature. This Guitar was $1000 when in production and the ES137 well over $2000 so bid accordingly. Plays and sounds great but the wife is complaining so I am selling off a bunch of gear and this must go.
