This guitar started out as a 2009 Highway 1 telecaster in 3 colour sunburst. The original neck has been replaced with a Warmoth vintage modern neck in birdseye maple (see link below). The neck is the standard thin shape with 6105 frets and a nitro satin finish. Lovely neck but definitely not a traditional chunky telecaster neck, it feels thinner than the modern Fender C shape. http:www.warmoth.com/Guitar/Nec ks/Tele VintageModern.aspx The body, which came with the matt nitro finish has developed into a nice sheen. There are a couple of areas on the bottom of the guitar where the finish has come off (see photos) The stock pickups have been replaced with a Fender Twisted Tele (not custom shop) in the neck and a Creamery Broadcaster in the bridge ((http://www.at-the-creamery.co.uk). This is a really nice guitar that sounds great. It had a professional setup this January so plays very nicely. Comes with a Fender deluxe gig bag.Winner can collect from Sydenham,SE26 area.
