Vintage 1976 Gibson Les Paul Standard with Hard Case NO RESERVE!! NO RESERVE!! YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS AMAZING VINTAGE STANDARD! Description: On the auction block is a 1976 Gibson Les Paul Standard Natural. The neck is straight and the electronics work. The frets and the body are in beautiful shape, especially for a vintage guitar! There is 1 small nick on the back of the neck up by the headstock. The date stamped on the inside of the guitar reads March 4, 1976. A luthier has recently set up this guitar, including; the neck and frets being checked and adjusted, installed a Gibson Classic 57+ bridge pickup and a Seymour Duncan Jazz neck pickup. The tuners are sperzel locking tuners and there is a small Toggle switch that was installed for the bridge pickup as a coil tap. At one point in this guitars life, there was a small binding issue, in the cut out of the body, which has been professionally modified to an almost PRS type cutout (can be seen above pick guard in pictures). The guitar was also professionally refinished by the a luthier, to a Natural finish. This Standards comes with a Hard case. This Standard features a 2 piece mahogany body, with a maple top. The neck is 3 piece maple, set neck with a rosewood fretboard. This guitar looks, sounds and plays great! Just the way a Les Paul should. It is a heavy (10 lbs 6 oz), 37 year old piece of history with that is perfectly brocken in and ready to be enjoyed for another 37 years!
