OK, let's try this AGAIN! I have relisted this guitar a couple of times due to supposed interests outside of Ebay..and obviously, none rang true. What we have here is a very , cool Gibson Les Paul Special from 2001. Fitted with P 90 Gibson pickups, a sweet walnut finish, of course mahogany solid body, which gives this beast it's SUSTAIN. I play blues type things, so I have action to my liking. Currently, it is sporting DR tight fit #10 strings. Some have asked me about the finish , near the front of the head stock. Yes, there is some checking, but nothing major whatsoever.It has the common road nicks and bumps one may find with a 13 year old guitar. I don't know it's weight but would venture 8+ pounds? I've had SG"s with P90's, other double cutaways and I thing the single cutaways sound better, just my two cents.Many of the newer Gibson's have that 'baked maple' mystery wood, this DOES NOT. Included in this auction, which did not come with this guitar is a fine SKB hard case, that fits the Special snugly. NOW, FOR THE BEST PART!
