You can see where headstock was cracked and was glued/sanded down. It no longer is rough and holds together without any problems. The truss rod was tested and still adjusts and turns fine. Besides the headstock being fixed the rest of guitar is in great shape. All electronics/pickups test fine. Guitar comes with hardshell case. This guitar was made in the U.S.A.
