Early 1970's Gibson SG Standard Mahogany Electric Guitar Audio Classics, Ltd. For auction we have an early 1970's Gibson SG Standard Guitar featuring a solid mahogany body and neck. This guitar shows considerable ware, scratches, chips and checking, but strummed acoustically....it sounds amazingly vibrant. And plugged in forget-about-it! Frets are in good condition, action is low and plays just great. The case is very beat-up with torn tolex, some duck tape and large swatches of tolex missing....but the case is structurally sound and the latches work. Good Luck Bidding.
