Unfortunately, due to financial reasons I am forced to sell the guitar and the hard shell case that I also bought. Again, I want to stress that this guitar is barely used. It hasn't been gigged with or even left my apartment. Condition of the guitar is excellent for a used guitar.  Items you will receive:  1. Fender American Special Stratocaster HSS (3-Tone Sunburst, Right Handed) - S/N: US11006065 2. Fender SKB hard shell Case (This guitar is sold with a gig bag but I upgraded for the hard shell case instead) 3. All included accessories (Manual, tags, tremolo bar, key for case, extra set of Fender strings, etc.)  A couple of things I want to mention about this guitar. I really hate to sell it because everything about this guitar is amazing. I bought this guitar for a couple of reasons. First, it had jumbo frets which I have been accustomed to using on my previous guitars. Second, it has the humbucker and two Texas Special single coils so I can get the great distortion tones when using the humbucker and also that great Stevie Ray Vaughan Fender Strat tones when the pickup selector is in the 2 and 4 position. Those positions are the reasons people all around the world buy a Fender Strat. Simply awesome sounds and this guitar delivered on all of the tones I was after.  Another thing to mention with this. Sweetwater does a 55-point inspection on all of its guitars before they leave the warehouse and this guitar came setup perfectly. Action is perfect and intonation and everything else was spot on.  Lastly, I want to talk about the manufacturing differences I have experienced when playing another guitar of the same model. After I bought this guitar I would often head to the local Guitar Center to try out pedals. When I was there, I would use the American Special HSS that they had in stock to get a good comparison with how a certain pedal sounds with my guitar and amp setup. I did this several times, and each time I noticed that something seemed a big off with the American Special HSS's that Guitar Center had in its store. The playability on the store Strats did not even come close to the AWESOME playability of my HSS Strat. It was mainly noticeable in the neck. On the store Strats, the necks always felt stiff and awkward as compared to the neck on this guitar that I am selling. I'm not sure what the differences were exactly, but I can say this about the HSS I received. I have never played a more playable guitar. The neck is so fast, so smooth (because of the satin finish on the neck) and it's just perfect. This is the hardest part about selling this ... Click for more info
