 Those in the know understand the importance and quality of the Fender guitars made in Japan.  There are those who will argue that the Fenders made in Japan from the mid to late 80's and early 90's are the best Fenders ever made, and represent a real value to serious guitarists.  I have owned more than a dozen Fenders, mostly American made, and this guitar is the best Fender I've ever owned from a workmanship, ton e, and playability standpoint. It's also beautiful.  Sunburst finish with white binding.  It's a great look.This guitar was crafted on July 7th, 1992 and given to me by my ex-wife on Christmas of that year.  (I tend to keep guitars longer than wives for some reason.)  I have never gigged out with it.  Google "John Blackman  Fender Japan" for some very informative research.  I have no affiliation with him, have never met nor spoken to him, but I also am not going to plagiarize his research or his website.  He makes the point of quality more authoritatively than I ever could.  All I know is that this is one sweet quitar.I've got a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails pickup in the bridge position, and it really screams!  It's got that tele twang with a little more beefy bite.  I am including the stock bridge pickup in the case.  I will re-install it before shipping if the winning bidder requests it.  And I'll include the Sey mour Duncan in the case for you.  You really should try it out a s is, though.  I've included a wiring diagram and it's an easy switch out.Includes Deluxe Hardshell Case.  Shipping is free in the lower 48.  Happy bidding! ...
