Here I have a super nice 1985 Fender Stratocaster, Made in Japan. The guitar comes complete with it's original Fender case and tremolo bar. This guitar is in excellent condition with only minor signs of play wear. As you can see in the pictures, the body is almost perfect. There is one small chip in the finish on the back, bottom of t he guitar that can be seen if you zoom in on picture #5. The neck is nice and straight and the frets show only minor signs of play wear. The bridge has some lite pitting in the chrome due to age, but there is not rust or corrosion. Everything on this guitar has been cleaned and tested and everything works as it should. The string height is set to medium and all of the adjustments function properly so you can set the string height to your playing style. Everything on this guitar is original and it plays and sounds excellent. The serial number is B011183 which I believe dates this guitar to 1985 or 1986 and made in Japan. For some strange reason, at some point in this guitar's life, someone decided to scrape off the word "Japan" on the headstock, but the serial numbers on the neck and the neck cavity correctly identify this as a Japan made Stratocaster, model #27-4302. The original Fender USA case is in nice shape too, but it does have some sticker residue on the outside shell and a few scuffs and scratches.This is simply a beautiful Japan Fend er Stratocaster that is amazingly clean and ready to go.I have done my best to describe this item fairly and to show pictures that describe the condition.
