1995 GIBSON ES-135 for sale. Looks and sounds excellent. I am the only owner. Purchased brand new in Fall 1996, this guitar was played regularly until April 1998 (when it became a backup to a Gibson L-5). Since then, the 135 has been stored in my closet (in its case) and played VERY sparingly. Everything works great â€" it still has all-original hardware, including P90 pickups and tuning pegs. The serial number is 91985557 (built 1995, Memphis). Except for a few small scuffs and wear (see detail pic; also has minor scratches on headstock from changing strings, and a small dent on back of neck [not noticeable â€" I couldn’t even get a clear picture of it]), it is in excellent all-around condition. The action is nice, the neck is very comfortable, and again, the 135 sounds really sweet. The original Gibson hardshell case is included (tan exterior with plush pink interior). The case has some regular wear (see pics) from its gigging days and from traveling around with me during the past 15 years. Also, the case’s combination lock is broken (it got jammed before a gig in 1997, and I had to pry it open with a screwdriver...). Please let me know if you have any specific questions.
