EPIPHONE LES PAUL STANDARD "PLUS TOP" GUITAR WITH HARD CASE This is an Epiphone Les Paul guitar which has been upgraded in nearly every way possible. The list of upgrades to this guitar is: Grover locking tuners Tusq nut Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates pickups Switchcraft selector switch and output jack Hand-selected CTS 500k pots Chrome Top knobs (originals knobs included though) Dunlop Straplok strap buttons (works with standard straps or with Straplok-equipped straps) new wiring, with U.S.A.-made Hovland MusiCaps Bridge reset for best possible intonation Epiphone hardshell case This instrument plays extremely well, one of the best guitars I have played in my 30-year experience. The electronics are superb -- these pickups are sweet and clear with a touch of attitude. This guitar also looks truly fantastic -- the only cosmetic issue being a short deep finish scratch in the back of the body near the bottom edge, which has been sealed with clear coat (see photo).
