Up for your consideration is a 1994 Fender Jazzmaster Made in Japan.  This is a blonde model with gold hardware and a red tortoise shell pick guard.  I bought this from a friend a little over a year ago.  I was taken by how beautiful of an instrument it was.  As I was researching the serial number for its build date I found that it was a rare model that wa s produced only one year and sold as a set with a Jaguar (same finish, gold hardware, and pick guard) and a blonde Deluxe Reverb amp. I have also read that they were later sold separately. This guitar is in excellent condition with only a few small marks on the body with the largest one is to the right of the tremolo as you face the guitar. It has no worming on the back. There are no scratches or dings on the back of the neck and is smooth with no wear.  The headstock has a couple of marks on it. One near the tip of the headstock  and one below the "Fender" logo. Both are very hard to see. This guitar sounds and plays great.  If you are looking for a good range of tone this guitar has it.  There is some light fret wear(check the next to last photo) but it does not affect the playability.  The guitar was just set up with new strings. All the electrics and mechanicals were gone over and function as they should. The guitar is very comfortable and weighs about 7 pounds. The guitar is all original but does not come with the original case.  T he case in the picture will be included with the guitar.
