Item Description Here for your consideration , we are offering a beautiful mid 90s Gibson Les Paul Standard, in the striking Ebony finish. Plays great, looks great and sounds ( what else?) great.... Peghead has a somewhat typical for this era deteriorated finish . The entire instrument displays unusual subtle striation in the finish that Ive never really seen before. I think its way cool , but it is difficult to photograph. Neck has a nice comfy rounded D shape, definetly 59 vs. 60. Action is silly low and easy. Frets display Very minor divots; a mill would be nice, but it does play well as is. Truss rod works well . No modifications. Weighs a nice 8.6 pounds. Has a small amount of normal nicks and dings, nothing serious . Action is absurdly low. A very sweet sounding Gibson Les Paul Standard. Barks when you crank it up . Pot codes are 46th week of 1994. As always , we suggest you take this guitar to your favorite luthier to set it up to your personal taste in action and intonation. The pickguard has a small glued crack .
