You are looking at a $1 start no reserve auction for a beautiful H535 Guitar made by The Heritage. For those who don't know, The Heritage is a company based out of the former Gibson plant in Kalamazoo, MI and is run by former Gibson employees. They have been building amazing guitars ever since they were formed and this is a prime example! For more info on the company and the H535 model guitars, check google for plenty of discussions and reviews. This particular guitar is an excellent example of a semi hollow 335 style guitar. It is equipped with a Seymour Duncan Sh2 Jazz in the neck and a sh4/JB bridge pickup. This combination sounds absolutely amazing in this guitar. The previous owner had only used this in his studio and it is in excellent shape. I recently picked this up, gave it new strings and a polish of the frets and other metal components. Now this thing plays great! The pickups will take you through all the genres without a problem. I really enjoyed playing the neck pickup with the tone dialed back a bit for a sweet jazzy tone. The neck feels smooth and comfortable with a pretty standard shape that may be a hair on the slim side. The finish on this beauty is described as almond burst and looks absolutely amazing. ;The guitar's finish is in excellent shape and this baby really seems to be hardly played. The frets are in great shape and feel buttery smooth. This baby also has Grover tuners which I have found to be some of the best. This guitar even sings acoustically! The guitar does have finish blems under the head stock where it rested on a wall hanger in the previous owner's studio (pic 11). these are strictly cosmetic and i forgot about them as soon as I plugged her in. The S in the serial number indicates that she is a 2002 model according to the Heritage Owner's Club Website. The guitar comes with a TKL hard case and key which is a perfect fit for the guitar and in excellent shape. I love this guitar, but it was an impulse buy and I have others that are more near and dear to me. Please let me know if you have any questions.
