I made this guitar about five years ago. It's been gigged and is a really solid guitar. It's got all the Tele spank & twang you need, plus that great humbucker in the neck position. Obviously modeled off of Keith Richards' "Micawber" guitar, this is a really versatile machine. Neck: Fender MIJ JD neck. This is the Japanese version of the Jerry Donahue Telecaster. These ar e great vintage-style Tele necks with a soft V profile. Nice and beefy. This particular one, which I think is about a 1998, has been worn down a bit to round out the V. Still a substantial profile, though.Body: Warmoth, swamp ash Tele style bought from their showroom.Pickups: Seymour Duncans: Quarter Pound in the bridge, and a Seth Lover Humbucker in the neck.Under the hood: Professionally-wired setup with Sprague Orange Drop cap, CTS pots, and heavy duty switch. No issues.Case: Pro-tec zipper case. NOT a gigbag. These may not be in production anymore, as I can't find a current model for them. Similar to the Contego model they currently offer.Overall a great guitar. Shipping's $50.00, and that's in the lower 48 only. Anything else please contact me before bidding. ... Click for more info
