You are looking at a 2006 Fender Highway 1 Stratocaster in excellent condition. Frets are fine, no major dings, scratches or damage. Stock, except for missing trem bar and trem plate and the stock Hot Alnico III pickups have been replaced with handwound boutique pickups by Chnlone that are Alnico V wound to 1965 Fender specs. Inste ad of sounding like a bludgeoning hammer it now sounds like a good Stratocaster should sound. It is set up with 10's with the tremolo locked into place. All the springs are present so you can alter it back for trem use. One thing perceptive folks will notice is that on the back of the headstock there is no "MADE IN U.S.A." like there normally is. I took a picture of the neck and pocket and sent it to Fender who confirmed this is 100% U.S.A. Fender and that the 2006's (when the necks were changed from rosewood/60s headstocks to maple/70s headstocks) had a few come off the line either missing that stamp or the 60th anniversary coin.
