This a 1995 Fender Stratocaster Plus guitar, made in Corona, CA, USA. This guitar has era-correct Lace Sensor Red/Silver/Blue pickups, just like a Strat Plus Delxue.  The Strat Plus Series was introduced by Fender in 1987 and was the highest end production model next to Fender's Custom Shop guitars; it was the top end of this series and was the predecessor of the original Jeff Beck signature model guitar. This Strat Plus is basically a hotrodded American Standard: it retains the alder body, maple neck, and modern tremolo bridge but adds three Lace Sensor pickups (single coil tone with higher output and no noise, LSR roller nut and Schaller locking tuners (for greater tuning stability) and TBX Tone Control. This guitar was upgraded to a Strat Plus Deluxe pickup configuration at some point - Lace Sensor Blue (neck), Silver (middle), Red (bridge). I checked the pots and they are all American CTS with the TBX Tone, CRL 5-way switch (all correct for a Fender guitar). This is surface wear only and not into the wood.  The frets are in very good condition with just normal string wear - nothing that affects playability. The neck is straight, truss rod works smoothly, the action has been professional set low with a new set of strings and the guitar plays beautifully (intonation has also been set). The guitar ships in a non-original G&L Hard-Soft case with tremolo arm bar. The guitar will be packed securely and fully insured.
