For auction is a 2010 Gibson SG '61 reissue electric guitar with the original Gibson case. I could talk about this guitar forever since my go to guitar for shows and practice is my 99 Gibson SG but I will keep it short. I had a blast testing this 61 reissue out and I love the lighter weight, perfect rosewood fret board, spot on Gibson humbucker growl, and some of the best clean tones in the business. Also these 61 reissues just look amazing with that deep heritage cherry finish against the clean chrome hardware. You know they are player's dream when all the top guys have used SGs like Clapton etc. The versatility of this guitar is awesome and really I can't think of a genre it can't nail. Headstock has very min imal wear, frets look awesome, board looks mint, hardware looks mint, front of the body has some picking scratches on the pick guard, back of the neck is mint, back of the body has no buckle rash but and I can see two pinhead sized dings, sides are clean but I can see 1 small ding, and bottom looks excellent. Overall I think most players would give it a 10 out of 10 or a 9.5 out of 10 for a used instrument. Electronics work great with no issues.
