What you are looking at is a real genuine Gibson Flying V that has been refinished , reliliced and upgraded by R S Guitar Works . I started with a newer Gibson Flying V and had I set up to real 67 specs with a few twists. The bridge holes and tailpiece holes were filled and a new coat of Black nitro lacquer. It was then aged with lacquer cracks and chips and dings that are consistent to a vintage piece( I actually fooled my guitar tech with it). They then put a Tone Pros abr1 and a vintage maestro style trem. The trem bar is missing but a replacement is easy enough to find on eBay. The pickups are Dimarzio with a Tone Zone in the bridge and the Air Norton in the neck. The wiring harness is a Vintage Upgrade unit also from R S, and it has a vintage style paper and oil cap. The tuners are also Tone Pros Kluson units and are the best I have ever used. A white lined Gibson hard shell is included . There is literally $900 worth of paint and renovation work on this guitar.
