This vintage Jag features an alder body, a maple neck with very clean vintage frets and clay dot inlays, a transitional logo, single string-tree, single-line Kluson tuners, and a virgin wiring harness with stackpole pots from the third week of 1964. The string mute was removed from the guitar at one point, and is not included. The guitar does include the original tremolo arm and black tolex hardshell case. As with most instruments of its age that haven't sat in the case, the guitar has bumps and bruises around the body, with light amounts of bucklerash on the back. However, the frets are in excellent condition with tons of meat left on them. The Jaguar is one of our favorites for plugging into a vintage tube amp and cranking out jangly rhythm progressions, and this one nails it.
