On the auction block today is a refurbished Fender Standard Stratocaster. For the past two years I've been buying new parts on eBay and other sites, being careful to find high quality bodies and necks (NEW) and finding pristine and new parts to build high quality instruments. I've built about 50 so far and haven't had a complaint yet, in fact the last three Strats were sold to fri ends of mine. I've seen many sellers that buy used Squier Strats, MIM Strats or even USA made Strats and tear them apart. I could most likely make a better profit doing that...
