This is a Gibson ES-137 bought in 2004. I have the original receipt for $1675+ so I've set the reserve near that. This was my uncle's guitar and he passed away this summer. I am selling the guitar to help his lovely wife and children have some money for the holidays, so please don't ask me to end the auction early unless you're ready to spend somewhere north of $2k. I don't know a lot about this guitar except that it's in very, very good conditi on (as you can see from the photos) and it comes with the original case, truss rod tool, warranty booklet and receipt. The neck is straight and it has never been repaired. There is some mild oxidation on the gold plated parts which has not gone to flaking yet. I don't know if this can be buffed out or not, but I've shown it as well as I can in the photos. The hard shell case is in good condition except for a mild scratch on the outside of the lid and some dust discoloration. Please feel free to ask questions.
